We have limited entry nights such as weekdays to meet other members for sponsorship.
Fallout is not an average nightclub that allows foolish behavior.
You must behave appropriately, show respect and behave in a consentual manner towards everyone at all times.
If you are squeamish, speak poorly of others, plan on being judgmental, enjoy drama, can't control yourself,
plan on getting intoxicated, or cannot act like a responsible adult, please do not attend.
This is our house. Act as our guest.
Covid-19 Precautions: Starting August 19th, all patrons will be required to show proof of
vaccination or a professionally administered negative Covid
test (within 72hrs of doors opening) to enter Fallout. We need to protect our
staff, our performers and you. We are happy to assist anyone in getting a
free vaccine or a free Covid test.
Our goal is to reduce the risk of Covid spread during
highly concentrated indoor events where social distancing is not possible.
Proof of Vaccination: a physical vaccine card, photocopy,
or digital version of your CDC-issued vaccination record. You are considered
fully vaccinated 14 days after your final dose.
You must present a government-issued
ID that matches the name on the vaccine card.
Negative COVID-19 test: Tests must be administered by or
under the supervision of a medical professional.
At-home tests will not be accepted. The name on the negative
result must match the name on your government-issued ID.
The date and time of the negative test must be no longer
than 72 hrs prior to 6pm on the day you plan on attending.
